Filmgoers are often Book Lovers and vice versa. Whether you are both or just one or the other, we have a great night at Nailsea Tithe Barn on Sunday 14th April.
The Remains of the Day by Nobel prizewinning author Kazuo Ishiguro, was widely acclaimed and won the Booker Prize in 1989. In 1993 the Merchant/Ivory film was released - Anthony Hopkins and Emma Thompson giving unforgettable performances in a tale of mis-guided loyalty, repression and unfulfilled love. And - to top it all, significant parts were filmed in Clevedon.
A great opportunity for Book Groups to enjoy a night out! Why not read the book and come along to watch the film. Before the film enjoy a glass of wine and a chat with other readers and after the film share your thoughts.
Enjoy the film in the relaxed and unique venue of Nailsea Tithe Barn.
Film to start at 7.30.. Doors open and bar from 7pm. Tickets on the door £5
