Reception only hire starts at £2310

Ceremony and Reception hire starts at £2695.

The hire fee is the same throughout the year and we only hold weddings on Saturdays.

Exclusive use of the entire building from 12 noon on Friday until 12 noon on Sunday with Ceremonies and/or Receptions held on the Saturday. 

We have tables and chairs available but you are welcome to hire your own.

Yes you can. Ceremony only hire includes 4 hours to set up, have the ceremony and pack away. Additional  hours can be added on for a small fee.

Reception only hire still includes set up time Friday (midday-7pm) and cleaning up time Sunday (10am-midday)

The maximum capacity for the whole building is 120 people. This is to ensure a comfortable atmosphere without overcrowding allowing room for guests to move around for self serve catering options.

A small but functional kitchen is available and included in your hire fee should you wish to use it. There are modern toilets and baby changing facilities with multiple disabled toilets available.

The building is fully accessible with disabled parking, access ramps and a hearing induction loop.

You can have the evening entertainment of your choosing be this a DJ, a live band or a Ceilidh.

Music is to come to an end at 11.15pm ready to begin winding down as guests need to be leaving at 11.45pm.

Unfortunately we do not have these available for you to use. Glasses can be provided by Cocktails & Bars if agreed beforehand and cutlery and crockery may be provided by your catering team depending on who you have for your wedding day - this is something to discuss with them.

Absolutely! We encourage you to create your dream day and want you to make it special to you. Our only restrictions are that we do not allow naked flames (battery candles are fine) and nothing is to be stuck to the walls or floors due to the age of the building.

We have an alcohol licence that allows alcohol consumption inside the Barn. All alcohol is to be provided by Cocktails and Bars (our specialist bar hire company). Packages can be created or you can simply pay as you go. The bar is to close at 11pm ready to begin winding down for the end of the night.

We can hold your date for 2 weeks for you to have time to process and secure your registrar appointment. To fully secure your booking we require a  50% deposit that is to be made by bank transfer or via card payment at the Tithe Barn. The remaining 50% will be due 3 months before your wedding day.

We have limited outside space to the front and rear of the building. To the rear is a carpark with approximately 8 spaces with an additional courtyard area. The outside space can be used how you wish, we often have caterers set up outside either under tents or in their vehicles serving street food such as pizzas & hog roasts.
